Wataru battles the Bat Fangire after his father is injured, but he’s no match for the incredible power wielded by the King. Enraged, the injured Otoya switches to IXA, but the weaker prototype is easily dispatched by the King, as the IXA armor shatters. Despite knowing that using Dark Kiva again will mean his demise, Otoya transforms and the two Kivas stand side by side and finally destroy the King. Otoya begins to die but puts on a brave facade as his son fades away, returning to the future he came from. Back in the future, Wataru exudes new confidence while Nago fights Bishop but is severely injured in the process….
