Dunbar and Nurse David from Chuggington Hospital are teaching the trainees how to use the ambulance car. Shouting over the noise of the siren, Dunbar loses his voice. Morgan can't find out what's wrong, but he suggests that Dunbar rest. Inspired by his lesson, Wilson decides to nurse Dunbar. Unfortunately he's a little too attentive, but Dunbar doesn't have any voice to tell him to go away!.
